(credit to /u/pythech and /u/thecorrectresponse from reddit.)
- Windows XP/Vista/7/8 (it does NOT work on Mac yet)
- Any iDevice running iOS 7.1.x (except Apple Tv)
- Patience, don't rush.
What to do first:
- BACKUP your phone with iTunes!!
- Save a list of your tweaks/apps/repos using APP INFO/APPINFO (dl on cydia)
and send the lists via email to yourself.
- DO NOT click "Update" on iTunes, click "Restore" and start fresh - recommended.
How to video:
Written Instructions (credit /u/kaloyster):
- Make sure you have the latest iTunes installed.
- Edit your iPhone's date to June 2, 2014
- - Open the PanGu.exe file
- IMPORTANT: UNCHECK THE CHECKMARK to the left where you see random characters and the "PP"
- Click the black button to the right
- As soon as the "brush stroke" loading bar fills to 20%, the PanGu app will appear on your phone
- Tap it
- Select Continue
- It will fill the loading brush stroke until 80% and your iTunes will open (it will only open IF you have iTunesHelper.exe on your Windows Taskbar)
- Close iTunes
- Your device will reboot
- When it opens again, wait for the brush stroke to complete to 100%
- Your device will reboot once more
- The process will be finished 100%
- The PanGu app will be replaced with Cydia
- Do your usual stuff by opening Cydia and continue with what you want to install by then.
- If you have alarms, set them again after the Jailbreak process is complete (found by /u/AlabasterSlim[1] )

MY WORDS:
I say go for it!!!! Unlike the iOS 7.0.x jailbreak, this one runs more smoothly, plus the iOS 7.1.x fixes a lot of issues iOS 7.0.x had. iOS 7.2 comes out this friday, apparently it doesn't patch the jailbreak, but you decide to wait for it or to jailbreak now.
